Why we are here

A significant number of young individuals are falling short of realising their complete potential. Our objective is to establish a secure environment where young people can cultivate their skills without facing judgement based on their background and experience.

We recognize that there are numerous career-building opportunities for young people; however, many of these options fail to contribute to the cultivation of essential qualities such as confidence, independence, and financial acumen.

At Attentive Management, we not only identify the surface issues but also address the root causes of social challenges among youth. We are here with a clear purpose: to reform troubled youth into successful business-minded individuals. Through our programs, we aim to provide comprehensive support and guidance, enabling young people to overcome obstacles and realize their full potential.

We employ and develop young people aged 16-25, providing hands-on experience and professional training in sales, marketing, management, recruitment, telesales, supervision and staff training.

For individuals aged 25 and over, we also offer opportunities to become mentors and leaders, helping guide and support young people who may be facing difficult circumstances or challenging environments.

With parental permission, young people aged 13-15 can also take part in selected weekend development sessions designed to build confidence, discipline, communication and entrepreneurial skills from an early age.

Being from London, I had seen and heard too many incidents of young people like myself losing their lives due to knife crime and gang violence.
I never wanted to go down that route because I had a passion for business and aspirations to get into entrepreneurship and I knew this would help me to stay focused and away from the things going on around me but I didn’t know where to go or how to go about bringing my ideas to life. When Attentive Management recruited me I started learning different practical skills and gaining insight that I’d never experienced before. This Youth Organisation has really helped me a lot in terms of basic business skills and also discipline for life.Ive been mentored and trained to become a salesman and I can also provide for my family now which is one thing i’ve always wanted to do.
I’ve grown up in London for most of my life so i’ve kinda been around gangs and knife crime so i know what it’s about.But ATM really did help me to understand how important and severe this cause is,which is why i’m so passionate when i’m pitching to people.
