Being from London, I had seen and heard too many incidents of young people like myself losing their lives due to knife crime and gang violence.
I never wanted to go down that route because I had a passion for business and aspirations to get into entrepreneurship and I knew this would help me to stay focused and away from the things going on around me but I didn’t know where to go or how to go about bringing my ideas to life. When Attentive Management recruited me I started learning different practical skills and gaining insight that I’d never experienced before. This gave me the confidence to share my ideas with the organisation who helped to bring my dreams into reality by supporting my startup and encouraging me to believe in my abilities and ideas.

Attentive Management is helping me to turn my dreams into a reality and I would advise any young person to get involved because their lives can be changed for good.

This Youth Organisation has really helped me a lot in terms of basic business skills and also discipline for life.Ive been mentored and trained to become a salesman and I can also provide for my family now which is one thing i’ve always wanted to do.
I’ve grown up in London for most of my life so i’ve kinda been around gangs and knife crime so i know what it’s about.But ATM really did help me to understand how important and severe this cause is,which is why i’m so passionate when i’m pitching to people. I genuinely thank My boss and also my mentor Yaya for the help they have given to me.
