Being from London, I had seen and heard too many incidents of young people like myself losing their lives due to knife crime and gang violence.
I never wanted to go down that route because I had a passion for business and aspirations to get into entrepreneurship and I knew this would help me to stay focused and away from the things going on around me but I didn’t know where to go or how to go about bringing my ideas to life. When Attentive Management recruited me I started learning different practical skills and gaining insight that I’d never experienced before. This gave me the confidence to share my ideas with the organisation who helped to bring my dreams into reality by supporting my startup and encouraging me to believe in my abilities and ideas.
