One of the primary ways Attentive Management helps youth-related social issues is by fostering entrepreneurship. We firmly believe that entrepreneurship is a powerful vehicle for personal and community transformation.

By encouraging young people to start their own businesses, we not only provide them with economic opportunities but also a sense of purpose and direction.

Attentive Management is a youth development organization committed to assisting young individuals in their personal and professional growth through our programs. We provide comprehensive training in management, sales, recruitment, and money management.

Utilizing our unique tier system, participants progress at their own pace, eventually transitioning to launch their own businesses. These ventures are then mentored by Attentive Management to ensure their success. To date, we have supported over 10 individuals in establishing their own businesses. In 2024, our aim is to empower an additional 50 young entrepreneurs to start their own ventures.

Attentive Management has developed a magazine, crafted by the youth within our team, aimed at cultivating essential life skills and imparting entrepreneurship knowledge to others.
