Introduction
Attentive Management LTD , registered under Company Number 14610982. All adults working or assisting at the company are expected to endorse and adhere to this policy. This includes staff, managers, trustees, directors, volunteers, students, or anyone acting on behalf of Attentive Management.

The causal factors of harm and abuse can also originate from family members or members of the community.

The company is committed to ensuring that any child in contact with its services is properly safeguarded. Individuals under this policy must actively contribute to ensuring children are protected by:

– Safeguarding children against harmful environments with appropriate actions (e.g., adequate supervision, ensuring safe environments)
– Taking positive steps to maintain the safety and wellbeing of children engaging with the company
– Reporting concerns promptly and appropriately, following child protection procedures
– Understanding the duty to report specific concerns and the interplay with confidentiality
– Challenging inappropriate or harmful behaviour of any adult and reporting it accordingly
– Acting appropriately in the presence of children
