At Attentive Management, our mission is to empower young people to reach their full potential and create positive futures, regardless of their background or circumstances. Through mentorship, guidance, business support and consistent therapy, we provide young people with the tools and opportunities needed to create lasting change in their lives.
Since 2023, we have supported over 500 young people and helped more than 50 young entrepreneurs start their own businesses. Many of the young people we work with come from extremely challenging backgrounds, including growing up in care, becoming involved in gangs, anti-social behaviour or the sale of narcotics. Through ongoing support, therapy, mentoring and positive opportunities, we have helped many young people rebuild their confidence, change direction and work towards a better future.
